4. Pre-condition / Pre spot – applied hot to start to break down any soiling.
5. Rotary agitation – with either a soft rotary brush or agitation pad, this breaks up all the soiling and can clean the carpet up to 50% better.
6. Rotary steam cleaning with the Rx 20 – we invest thousands of dollars this equipment to obtain higher heat, larger extraction power, more rinsing ability – resulting in cleaner and dryer carpets for you.
7. Deodorise and Neutralise – Leaving the carpet smelling superbly fresh, super sanitized and with absolutely none of that gross, sticky residue left behind.
8. Rotary Dry Padding – this leaves the carpet walk on dry,  picks up that last bit of soiling and transforms the look of the carpet as this step  brightens up the carpet. This can leave the carpet 20% cleaner.
9. Replacement of furniture – with foam blocks and plastic tabs to elevate the furniture. This assists the drying process.
